World Youth Alliance Europe is excited to open applications for the Advocacy Academy, an online training series taking place online on Wednesdays from June 11 to July 23, 2025.

The Advocacy Academy is open to young people aged 18–30 residing in Belgium, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Spain, Kosovo, Albania, and Croatia who are eager to strengthen their advocacy skills and to engage directly with WYA’s research papers, collaborate with peers with intercultural backgrounds and offer youth the chance to develop their policy knowledge and analytical skills in a multicultural setting. Designed as an interactive learning experience, the program focuses on digital collaboration, cross-border exchange, and understanding of policy challenges across Europe.

Sessions will be led by WYA’s team of international experts and cover real-world policy across cultural, legal, and political contexts. The Academy fosters not only knowledge, but also the critical thinking, clarity, and confidence necessary to influence policy with integrity.

The Academy for youth leaders & youth workers is implemented within the “Empowering Human Dignity of EU & WB youth” project and is made possible through the collaboration of key partners across Europe: WYA Europe as the coordinator, Bosnian Representative Association for Valuable Opportunities, WYA Spain, Këshilli i Veprimit Rinor – Prizren from Kosovo, EPOKA University from Albania and WYA South East Europe from Croatia. An initiative, funded by the Erasmus+ programme of the European Union, aims to expand through the virtual exchanges access to civic education and support inclusive and intercultural learning opportunities.
