The World Youth Alliance South East Europe (WYA SEE) is a European non-governmental organization of young people aged 18 to 30, dedicated to the promotion and protection of human dignity and human rights and the empowerment of young people in Europe, with a special focus on South East and Central Europe. WYA SEE aims to build a network of young people to transform politics and culture by promoting the dignity of the person and building solidarity among young people.
We were founded in 2018, and since then we have built a network of over 30 organizations and 60,000 young people across Europe. The World Youth Alliance Southeast Europe Association was established with the aim of promoting the importance of young people’s role in a democratic society, with special emphasis on promoting solidarity and the dignity of the human person through a culture of democratic dialogue and social engagement, as well as spreading the concept of sustainable development viewed from a human rights perspective.
The Association operates in the fields of democratic political culture, culture and art, human rights, international cooperation, education, science and research, sustainable development, social services, and health protection.
