October in the spirit of STEM: workshops, exhibition and new knowledge

Date of publication: October 2, 2025.

After successfully continuing our STEM project activities in September, October brings an even richer schedule of workshops and events. The workshops are in full swing, and this month we are hanging out at the Vladimir Nazor Kindergarten, where children will have the opportunity to explore and discover the world of science in a fun way through play, experiments, and practical tasks.

In addition to the workshops, October also brings a special opportunity for all interested parties – a STEM exhibition at the City Library – Central Department for Children and Youth on Ante Starčević Square. Visitors will be able to learn more about the project itself, get acquainted with the materials we use in our work, and will also be able to try them out for themselves. In this way, we want to bring the STEM experience closer to as many children as possible, but also to parents and everyone who wants to take a peek into the world of science.

In order to further improve our work, we are planning another training in October in collaboration with the Faculty of Chemical Engineering and Technology. By acquiring new knowledge and skills, we ensure that each workshop is even better quality, more innovative and adapted to the needs of children.

STEM fall has just begun, and we are looking forward to all the encounters, research, and discoveries that lie ahead!
