The aim of the project was to strengthen the capacities of SSM SEE and partners for direct work in education by training 15 employees and volunteers to respond to the local community's need to strengthen the psychological resilience of children during the earthquake crisis and the coronavirus pandemic, through educating 50 children aged 10 to 14 about values; and through compiling a Tool Kit with self-help tools for children during the crisis; and by organizing a volunteer action with all project participants.

Measurable project outcomes:

1.1 Conducted training for 15 employees and volunteers of SSM JIE and SSMH for direct work in the field of education through 5 trainings lasting 3 hours

2. Designing, creating and implementing online programs and workshops, providing psychological and counseling assistance to people who have suffered trauma, stress or loss due to a crisis situation:

2.1 Designed and implemented a program on the topic of psychological resilience and values, and dealing with crisis situations, for 50 children aged 10 to 14 in the area of the City of Zagreb and Zagreb County through 5 educational workshops lasting 1 school hour

3. Creation of online and digital manuals, games, simulations and other tools for self-help and support for vulnerable groups:

3.1 created an online Tool Kit ''Values against Stress'' with games and tools for self-help and support for children due to the coronavirus crisis and earthquakes in the City of Zagreb and Zagreb County

4. Organization of volunteer activities and management and management of volunteers and the introduction of innovative tools and mechanisms for the development of crisis volunteering at the local level:

4.1 Organized volunteer activity to strengthen the capacity of the association in management and volunteer management and the development of crisis volunteering, involving 15 employees and volunteers of SSM JIE and SSMH and 50 children aged 10 to 14 in the area of the City of Zagreb and Zagreb County - One-day environmental improvement action.
