Duration: 24 months, 1.10.2020. – 30.9.2022.

The project brought together 3 employed and 2 unemployed young people who, through 4 activities, will develop professional and business skills, increase the visibility of social entrepreneurship, and ensure the financial sustainability of the association by transitioning its operations to align with social entrepreneurship principles.

Measurable project outcomes:

1.1. 1 business plan (statute, decisions) developed.

1.2. Created 5 educational publications and educational materials for all 5 modules of intellectual-educational services and materials for business consulting.

2.1. Held 6 educational events (seminar, workshop, education).

2.2. 2 study trips were held in Croatia.

3.1. 4 invoices for purchased equipment for the implementation of social entrepreneurial activities – IT equipment submitted.

3.2. Published 100 posts on social networks and 20 posts on the website.

3.3. 500 leaflets on the implementation of social entrepreneurship activities were printed.

3.4. 5 training modules on the principles of social entrepreneurship were held for a total of 300 participants in the area of the City of Zagreb and Osijek-Baranja County by 31 members of SSM SEE and external expert associates.

3.5. 300 participants of business consulting training and consultations strengthened.

3.6. Submitted copies of issued invoices with statements for the activity carried out by (the Applicant) through the social enterprise in the minimum amount of 10% of the total eligible project costs.

3.7. The statute or other fundamental act submitted by the end of the project implementation, which clearly shows that the Applicant has included in the document operations according to social entrepreneurial principles.

4.1. 1 conference held.

4.3. 1 seminar held.

4.4. 2 information events attended.

4.5. 5 SSM SEE employees strengthened and networked in the field of social entrepreneurship.

5.1. Developed graphic standards for project promotion and visibility (project logo, visuals for other networks, layout of posters, flyers and roll-up banners).

5.2. Continuous two-weekly promotion of the project on the project website and social networks (Facebook, Instagram).

5.3. 30 announcements about the project were published in electronic and print media.

5.4. Project promotional material created (401 pieces) – posters, flyers, roll-up banner.

5.5. Project website created.
