Virtuoz STEM Academy

Duration: 2025-2028

The project will strengthen the capacities of the association and its partners to implement 360 STEM workshops with 900 children and students over the course of 3 years. Additionally, 12 public events will be organized annually to promote STEM in public spaces, which will include 3 STEM booths, 5 STEM exhibitions, and 4 STEM competitions.

Women’s Health Goes Digital

The project aims to develop an innovative training program and digital platform for informing and educating girls and young women (ages 13–30) about reproductive health, women’s rights, and reproductive mental health.

Empowering Human Dignity of EU & WB Youth

Duration: 2023-2026

The project’s goal is to provide over 500 young people (ages 18–30) from Europe and the Western Balkans with the opportunity to understand human dignity, initiate dialogue about the culture and values of the EU, and develop soft skills in youth leadership. This will be achieved through the implementation of 6 sets of 5 activities each.

DECIDE: Democratic Engagement through Critical Information Discernment and Education

Duration: 2024-2026

The project focuses on strengthening citizens’ democratic participation in the EU through activities aimed at media literacy, critical thinking, and youth engagement. The main goal is to support democratic and civic participation within the EU through a series of activities such as webinars, public forums, conferences, workshops, and youth initiatives.

Empowering Children Without Parental Care

Duration: 2023-2024

The project conducted 13 group psychoeducational workshops, and 4 solidarity activities focused on quality leisure time, emphasizing sports, social, and volunteer activities. The target group was children lacking appropriate parental care from the “House of St. Theresa” in Vrhovac.

Po(s)tres: Values Against Stress

Duration: 2022-2024

The aim of the project is to strengthen the capacities of SSM JIE and its partners for direct educational work by training 15 employees and volunteers. This is intended to address the local community’s need to enhance the psychological resilience of children in the face of earthquake crises and the coronavirus pandemic, through educating 50 children (ages 10–14) about values, developing a toolkit with self-help tools for children during crises, and organizing a volunteer action involving all project participants.

Social Entrepreneurship for the Dignity of Youth

Duration: 2020-2022

The project brought together 3 employed and 2 unemployed young people who, through 4 activities, will develop professional and business skills, increase the visibility of social entrepreneurship, and ensure the financial sustainability of the association by transitioning its operations to align with social entrepreneurship principles.
