Shaping Tomorrow’s Leaders: WYA Europe Launches Leadership Academy 2025

Date of publication: September 10, 2025.

World Youth Alliance Europe is hosting the Leadership Academy 2025, an online training program taking place from October 2–4, 2025. The Academy is open to students, youth workers, and aspiring leaders eager to strengthen their employability, develop essential soft and digital skills, and gain practical tools to succeed in today’s competitive job market.

This interactive three-day program will bring together at least 25 participants aged 18–30 from Belgium, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Spain, Kosovo, Albania, and Croatia. With their diverse backgrounds, participants will engage in collaboration, skill-building, and international exchange, creating a rich environment for learning and growth. The sessions will focus on enhancing employment skills, practicing foreign languages in a multicultural setting, developing teamwork and collaboration, and building strategies for personal and professional growth. Beyond skills, the Academy fosters confidence, resilience, and leadership capacity, equipping young people to face the challenges of the future.

The Leadership Academy reflects WYA’s commitment to empower youth leaders and youth workers through innovative educational opportunities. As part of WYA Europe’s ongoing mission, it creates spaces where young people can connect with like-minded peers, strengthen their capacities, and contribute to positive change in their communities.

The leaders Academy is implemented within the ˝Empowering Human Dignity of EU & WB youth˝ project, funded by the Erasmus+ programme of the European Union. It is also made possible through the collaboration of key partners across Europe: Bosnian Representative Association for Valuable Opportunities from Bosnia & Herzegovina, Alianza Mundial de la Juventud España from Spain, Këshilli i Veprimit Rinor – Prizren from Kosovo, EPOKA University from Albania and Svjetski savez mladih Jugoistočna Europa from Croatia. An initiative, funded by the Erasmus+ programme of the European Union, aims to expand through the virtual exchanges access to civic education and support inclusive and intercultural learning opportunities.
